Formula E Race Car Visits Wayne's Automotive Technology Program
(WAYNE,NJ)--Prior to its unveiling at the recent press conference in Brooklyn, Formula E’s show car made a pit stop at the District’s Automotive Technology Program.  The car required several adjustments, including the addition of a new front spoiler, as well as some freshening up after its trip from California, and since program instructor Steve Hopper’s son, Michael, has been instrumental in bringing the race to New York, the natural place for that work to be done was in the program’s shop at Wayne Valley.  Click here for Press Release.
Board of Education Recognizes Educator Commitment
(WAYNE,NJ)—The Wayne Township Board of Education is proud to recognize the efforts of five highly dedicated educators for their commitment to a district-wide initiative.  Director of Elementary Education Donna Reichman presented certificates to Reading Specialists Elizabeth Sponenburg, Debra Nussbaum, Suzana Adamo and Margaret Pisani.  Assistant Director of Student Support Services Erica Cerilli-Levine was also recognized for her successful program implementation and professional support efforts.  Click here for the press release.
